No. You need to be 18 or older and ready to work in the trade.
English, Russian or Spanish — you choose. Trade terms are taught in English too, because that is what you hear on the job.

No. The program prepares you for entry-level work in the trade. Plumbing and electrical licenses in New Jersey and New York have their own experience and exam requirements.
